The Grain of the Wall was a week-long residency project where the artists worked on 3D-reproductions of the residency space and streamed their working online 24/7 via CCTV-cameras. During the course of the performative residency project the perception of the space slowly started to transform – virtual and actual visual elements, as well as physical and digital presence, began to blend into each other. During the nights, the space manifested itself as rendering images.
In addition to an online stream, the performance was exhibited in Espace Arlaud, Lausanne in November 2022
